NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Etowah City Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Etowah Community Center, 155 Robinson Street, Etowah, TN. The purpose of the hearing is to allow the public to express their thoughts and opinions and the Commission to vote on:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ETOWAH, TENNESSEE, ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY MORATORIUM OF SIX (6) MONTHS ON THE ACCEPTANCE, PROCESSING, AND APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS FOR DATA CENTERS, CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING FACILITIES, AND OTHER HIGH-IMPACT PROCESSING FACILITIES
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection during regular business hours at city hall.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
