3. CITIZEN COMMENTS: Citizens must sign the form furnished by the city prior to the meeting to speak. Citizens
may speak for three (3) minutes each on matters other than personnel, concerning the City or Planning & Zoning
on a first-come, first-serve basis. Planning & Zoning will take such statements into consideration when presenting
their recommendations to the City Council. No action can be taken until such matters are placed on a City
Council agenda published in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and acted upon accordingly at such
meeting.
