NOTICE OF MEETING
SHACKELFORD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT

Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the above-named
Commissioners Court will be held on Monday the _10th_ day of _ 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
in the Shackelford County Courthouse Courtroom, Albany, Texas at which time the
following subjects will be discussed, to-wit: (items do not have to be addressed in the
same order as shown on this notice.)

1. Call the regular meeting to order with prayer.

2. Pledge Allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags.

3. Read and approve Minutes from previous meetings.

4. Read and approve the bills.

5. Citizen's Forum.

6. Discuss and take any needed action regarding a Burn Ban.

7. Consider the application for property tax abatement from Merit Advisors pertaining to
proposed Data center on recently procured Buck Nail Ranch and consider legal
representation and take any needed action.

8. Review revised costs associated with the lease of 4 vehicles for Sheriff's Office and take any
needed action.

9. Consider whether to make any changes to the County's Texas Department of Motor
Vehicles “Optional Fees” for FY 2027 and take any needed action.

10. Present list of proposed Election Judges and Alternates for court approval

11. Elected Officials’ report.

12. Adjourn Meeting

The Commissioners Court of Shackelford County, Texas reserves the right to conduct an executive/closed session at
any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matter listed on the agenda posted for this meeting, as
needed, pursuant to one or more authorized and applicable exceptions to an open meeting described in Chapter 551
of the Texas Government Code (the Texas Open Meeting Act), including but not limited to the following statutory
exceptions: Texas Government Cocle Sections 551.071 and 551.129 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072
(Deliberation Regarding Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberation Regarding Prospective Gift or Donation), 551.074
(Personnel Matters), 551.076 and 551.089 (Deliberation Regarding Security Devices or Security Audits), or 551.087
(Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiations).
