City of Red Lick City Council Special Meeting Sep 22 , 2026 Minutes The Red Lick City Council Minutes of Meeting met in special session o n Sep 22 , 202 6 to approve the property tax rate and 2026-2027 Budget . Executive Meeting-6:15 pm. No executive meeting was held on Sep 22 , 2026 . Item 1 - Opening. Mayor Peek welcomed all who were in attendance and the meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm. Invocation- Mayo r Peek le d in prayer . c. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Michael Peek . d . Mayor Peek announce d the following were in attendance: Craig McDuffie , Alderman Place 1 Kyle McKeever, Alderman Place 3 Sandy Jackson, Secretary Kip Pavey, Alderman Place 5 M J Gilley, Alderman Place 4 - absent Chris McNatt, Alderman Place 2 Mayor Michael Peek A quorum is present, and the council can procced Item 2- Presentation No Presentations 3 . Approval of Consent Items - ( all consent items will be voted upon with one motion unless motion is made t o remove any one item for separate discussion and a vote. Consider the approval of the City Council Minutes held on Aug 13 , 2026 Alderman McDuffie made a motion to accept the Aug 13, 2026 minutes. Alderman Pavey seconded the motion. There was no opposi tion. Passed ( 4 ); Abstained ( 0 ) Craig McDuffie, Alderman Place 1 - yes M J Gilley, Alderman Place 3- absent Kyle McKeever, Alderman Place 4- yes Kip Pavey Alderman Place 5- yes Chris McNatt, Alderman Place 2- yes Consider the approval of the Aug 2026 financials. A lderman McDuffie made a motion to accept t he financial reports for A ug 2026. Alderman Pavey seconded the motion to accept the Aug 2026 Financials. There was no opposition . Alderman McDuffie moved that the 2026-2027 Annual be approved. Alderman McKeever seconded the motion. There was no opposition. Ordinance attached. Alderman McDuffie m oved that the property tax of .098812 tax rate per $100 be approved . Alderman McNatt seconded this motion. There was no opposition.
