30 DAY NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE
ELLIS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Ellis County Commissioners Court will be held on
Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Courtroom (2nd floor) of the Historic Ellis County
Courthouse, located at 101 W. Main Street, Waxahachie, Texas. A quorum of the Court will be physically
present. During this meeting time, the following will be discussed and considered:
Discussion, consideration, and action of a Tax Abatement Agreement with Compass Datacenters DFW IV,
LLC, applicant, for property located in Reinvestment Zone No. 15, in the City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas,
under the provisions of Chapter 312, Texas Tax Code (the “Act”).
The proposed location will be on approximately 894.817+ acres of land and located on the following Ellis
Appraisal District property identification numbers: 190052; 191657; 290627; 259985; 181631; 290531;
181627; 181625; 187997; 181626; 181621; 187998, in the City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas.
The proposed improvements are datacenter related with a projected capital investment of approximately $9.5
billion.
