A. Update/Discuss data centers and take any action the court deems necessary. (Judge

B. Update on Sub-regional Planning Commission (SRPC) under Chapter 391 of the Texas
Local Government Code and take any action the court deems necessary. (Judge Deen)
Il. ADJOURNMENT.
NOTE: Commissioners Court may choose to convene into Executive Session items out of
agenda sequence depending upon availability of counsel.
