Mr. Watson called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm in the Radford City Council Chambers at 10 Robertson Street,
Radford Virginia. A quorum was present.
Approval of Agenda:

Mr. Watson approved the agenda.
Voting Yes: Mr. Castleberry, Mr. Collier, Mr. Gillespie, Mr. Gropman, Dr. Pearce, Dr. Rzigalinski, Mr. Watson
Approval of Minutes for May 18, 2026:

Minutes were recommended for approval as submitted by Mr. Collier, seconded by Mr. Gillespie.
Voting Yes: Mr. Castleberry, Mr. Collier, Mr. Gillespie, Mr. Gropman, Dr. Pearce, Dr. Rzigalinski
Voting No: None
Abstain: Mr. Watson

ACTION: Mr. Gropman made a motion to appoint the current officers for another term, Dr. Rzigalinski

seconded the motion.
Voting Yes: Mr. Castleberry, Mr. Collier, Mr. Gillespie, Mr. Gropman, Dr. Pearce, Dr. Rzigalinski, Mr. Watson
Voting No: None
Abstain:

SUBJECT: Fy 2027 Calendar
ACTION: Mr. Gillespie moved to approve the FY 2027 Calendar, seconded the motion Dr. Rzigalinski.

Voting Yes: Mr. Castleberry, Mr. Collier, Mr. Gillespie, Mr. Gropman, Dr. Pearce, Dr. Rzigalinski, Mr. Watson

STAFF REPORT – Staff updated the Commission on HB 655 Manufactured homes.
