a. PLN2025-0092 Grant Node Conditional Use Permit60,000 +/- Sq. Ft. Data Center/Server Farm located in the Heavy
Industrial Zone.
The proposed Bitfarms data center will be located on 6 acres in the
SW corner of the intersection of Tyndall Road NE and Randoph Road
NE. Per MLUDC, a Conditional Use Permit is required for data
center/server farms within the Heavy Industrial zone.
b. PLN2025-0089 Stuart Bulkhead RepairRepair and maintenance of current failing bulkhead located within the
City of Moses Lake Shoreline.
Installation of 8’x20’ dock along the 110’ of existing bulkhead.
The property is located on West Peninsula Dr.
c. PLN2025-0099 Eastlake Townhomes South Conditional Use PermitApplicant proposes to develop a small multi-family community
consisting of three apartment-style buildings and a total of 19
dwelling units. The site is zoned R-3, Multi-Family Residential and is

currently vacant. Location of proposal: Parcel 091759427, off Division
St. in Moses Lake, WA 98837.
Per Moses Lake Shoreline Master Program, a Conditional Use Permit
is required for multifamily development within the shoreline buffer.
