Rock Ridge Estates at 2200 BLK Beck WY in Lawrence (Parcels L-451-5, L-452-5).*
D.
Consideration and possible action for a major design exception from Zoning
Ordinance Section 14-91 Table 9-1 [Allowed Major Façade Materials] at 2081 Profit
PL (Parcel ED-2389).

Consideration and possible action For July 2026 amendments to Municipal Code
Chapter 16 (Floodplain Zoning Ordinance).*
F.
Consideration and possible action for shipping container uses in the Mixed-Use
Districts with amendments to Municipal Code Chapter 14 (Zoning Ordinance).*
G.
Discussion about site plans received since the June 2026 Plan Commission meeting
and review of the status of recently approved development projects.
H.
Discussion on a Moratorium for Hyperscale Data Centers for a period of no longer
than 12 months. Staff continues to work on a Moratorium for presentation to Plan
Commission in August, 2026.
