10. Closed Session: The Board may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 19.85(1)(g) for the
purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to
be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which it is or likely to become involved. Antler Lake landing
property dispute.
11. Closed session: Town of Milltown will hold a Closed Session pursuant to Wis State 19.85(1)(c), Wis Stat for
discussion of employment.
12. Reconvene into Open Session with possible action on Closed Session items.
13. Adjourn:
