It's a useful primer on the engineering side of the boom, even though it comes from a company that sells the racks and containment systems it's describing.

Here's the catch we keep coming back to: efficiency per rack is not the same as less power drawn from the grid. Liquid cooling can cut the energy needed to chill a given chip, but it's being deployed precisely because operators are packing in more chips, running them harder, and building more facilities — not fewer. Some liquid systems also trade electricity for water, pulling from local supplies that towns and farms depend on. 'More efficient' and 'less impact on your utility bill or your watershed' are two very different claims, and vendor videos rarely have to answer for the second one.

The engineering is real and worth understanding, but the bigger questions — how many megawatts a facility is approved to draw, what water rights it holds, what tax abatement got it built in your county — get decided in permit hearings and utility filings, not YouTube shorts.
