That's the core injustice here — a load growth driven by hyperscale compute gets socialized across everyone's monthly electric statement.
The webinar they're promoting on April 8th is worth attention because it's pointing at the actual lever that matters: legislation. Utility commissions and state legislatures are where the real decisions get made about whether data centers bring their own clean power to the grid or just draw down capacity that was built for households and small businesses. 'Fair share' isn't a slogan, it's a rate design and interconnection policy question, and most of it gets settled with almost no public input.
