consider adopting resolution partially rescinding Resolution of Necessity 23-056 to eliminate
Parcel 1 of real property owned by Fisher Scientific Company, LLC, 15982 San Antonio
Avenue, City of Chino; directing and authorizing County Counsel and outside counsel to take
related actions; directing and authorizing Auditor-Controller to make related payments; and
