recommends approval. The Planning Commission voted 3-0 to approve.
5. Application RZ-26-23 requesting rezoning from Agricultural District (A-1) to
Manufactured Housing (R-6) located at 229 Hood Street, Calhoun, GA 30701;
Gordon County Tax Parcel 035-102. The Planning Staff recommends
approval. The Planning Commission voted 3-0 to approve.
6. Application RZ-26-24 requesting rezoning from Agricultural District (A-1) to
Low Density Residential (R-1) located at 134 Johnson Drive SE, Calhoun, GA
30701; Gordon County Tax Parcel 057A-097. The Planning Staff recommends
approval. The Planning Commission voted 3-0 to approve.
7. Application RZ-26-25 requesting rezoning from Agricultural District (A-1) to
Manufactured Housing (R-6) located at 151 and 155 Mountain Loop Road
NW, Sugar Valley, GA 30746; Gordon County Tax Parcel 003-105. The
Planning Staff recommends approval. The Planning Commission voted 3-0 to
approve.
8. Application RZ-26-26 requesting rezoning from Agricultural District (A-1) to
Manufactured Housing (R-6) located at 561 Greeson Road NE, Resaca, GA
30735; Gordon County Tax Parcels 071-038, 071-078, 071-072. The Planning
Staff recommends approval. The Planning Commission voted 3-0 to approve.
9. Application RZ-26-27 requesting rezoning from Agricultural District (A-1) to
High Density Residential (R-4) located at 104 DeFoor Loop, Calhoun, GA
30701; Gordon County Tax Parcel 042B-122. The Planning Staff recommends
approval. The Planning Commission voted 3-0 to approve.
10. Application RZ-26-28 requesting rezoning from Agricultural District (A-1) to
High Density Residential (R-4) located at Midway, Calhoun, GA 30701;
Gordon County Tax Parcels 042B-124 and 042B-122A. The Planning Staff
recommends approval. The Planning Commission voted 3-0 to approve.

moratorium relating to Anaerobic Digestion Facilities.

moratorium relating to Data Centers.
6. Consideration of request from Community Events Center to approve
Modification Request #2 with Momon Construction for the Multi-Purpose
building. This is a 2018 SPLOST project and will require an increase in the
amount of $42,780 to GL Account 328-542516.
7. Consideration of request to amend acceptance of employee health proposal
from May 5, 2026 meeting.
