designation for a 1.03-acre parcel. Application#: Candler-2026-3

a. Consideration of proposals for the purchase of a tractor and boom arm with mower
for road maintenance on county roads
b. Discussion regarding data center projects, the Candler County zoning ordinance and
effective management, restrictions and controls for data center development and
consideration of adoption of a moratorium on data center development in
unincorporated Candler County
8. New Business
a. Consideration of a resolution to levy a millage rate of not greater than 13.294 mills
in Candler County, Georgia, on a net digest of $434,728,744 for tax year 2026; and,
to levy an additional one (1) mill on a net digest of $434,728,744 in all districts for
us and support of the Candler County Hospital Authority; and, authorization for the
Chairman to execute documents necessary to the submission of the 2026 tax digest
to the Georgia Department of Revenue as approved
b. Consideration of a resolution to execute the PT-35 certifying all millage rates to be
levied by the county Tax Commissioner in the 2026 tax year as required by the
Georiga Department of Revenue
c. Consideration of an annual contract renewal with Spatial Engineering, Inc. for GIS
services and use of the RightSpot GIS system for FY27 for anticipated costs of
$32,400 which includes a $4,800 base fee for services and a service provision
estimate of $27,600 for annual GIS service
