Review and approval of the Minutes of the August 6, 2026, regular meeting of
the Bloomington Planning Commission. (Recommended Motion: The proposed
Minutes be approved.)

Z-07-26 - Public hearing, consideration, and action on a request initiated by the
City of Bloomington, for the approval of text amendments, modifications, and
additions to the Zoning Code of the City of Bloomington, Illinois (Chapter 44),
including: 1) Use Permissions, Bulk and Site Standards, General Standards, and
Development Standards for Business and Manufacturing Districts; 2)
Performance Standards; 3) Data Center Use Provisions; 4) Definitions; 5)
Administrative Procedures and Enforcement; and 6) the possibility of an
additional section related to Data Center development. (Recommended Motion:
Motion to continue the public hearing to the next Special Meeting of the Planning
Commission on November 16, 2026.)
