1. To consider a Text Amendment to: Section 82-206(2) of the Village’s Code of
Ordinances regarding the minimum setback required for side yards in the R2
zoning district; and Section 82-207 of the Village’s Code of Ordinances adding
yard setbacks in the R3 zoning district. Filed by the Village of Cherry Valley.
2. To consider a preliminary plat for the Townhomes of Cherry Valley regarding the
property commonly known as 78XX Cherryvale North Blvd. with PIN 12-35-226005. Filed by Youssi Investments, LLC.
3. To consider the renewal of the Special Use Permits allowing for a data center
with an allowed building height up to 80 feet in the Industrial (IL) Zoning District
previously granted via Village of Cherry Valley Ordinance 2024-23 (PINS 07-06200-010; 07-06-300-001; 07-06-300-002; 07-06- 300-004; AND 07-06-400-001);
Ordinance 2024-24 (PINS: part of 07-06-151-001; and part of 07-06-151-004);
Ordinance 2024-25 (PINS: 07-06-176-001; 07-06-176-002; and 07-06-151-005);
