Discussion and vote to approve a special event liquor permit for Kenter’s Tavern
(Teutopolis) to serve/sell alcoholic liquor at No Bad Days Farm in Shelbyville
Township from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM on October 23 for a wedding
. County Highway Engineers Report (Michael Tappendorf) — Highway Engineer's
Report; Discussion and vote to approve the following items:
A. 50/50 petition with Rose Township Highway Commissioner to remove/replace
a culvert located at 1350E/1260 N. Estimated costs are $16,745
B. Phase 3 engineering assistance scope of work from Hutchinson Engineering for
Foxglove Wind Project
C. Safety Manual for Highway Department
D. Engineering agreement with Hutchinson Engineering for various bridge repair
projects around the county (087-3412, 087-3380, 087-3312, & 087-3100)
. Discussion and vote to approve a resolution for Shelby County, as Trustee to acquire
