Discuss Ordinance Prohibiting Large-Scale Data Centers approved by the City
Council and discuss Amendments to this Ordinance that would include ALL
Zoning Districts including all Shoreland Zoning Districts! Probability of a
Public Hearing requirement. (see note below)
Council is on the 14th. A councilor has to begin the process, so I'd say not to worry
about October, but plan to see something in November. Copying Karen here to be sure.
