NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
South Berwick Town Council
The South Berwick Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on
Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the South Berwick
Community Center, located at 71 Norton Street, South Berwick, Maine.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to receive public comment
regarding a proposed Data Center Moratorium. The proposed
moratorium would temporarily prohibit the establishment, siting,
construction, or expansion of data center facilities within the Town
while the Town evaluates potential impacts and considers appropriate
land use regulations.
This is an open public meeting. Those unable to attend may submit
written comments to the Town Council by emailing
[email protected].
