The Bel Air Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday,
June 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 39 N. Hickory Avenue. You can view the proposed

Commission Chair.

I. Administrative Matters
A. Approval of Minutes — April 2, 2026
B. Review Ord. No. 861-26 Prohibiting Data Centers
Il. New Business
A. Review a Special Development, Site Plan and Landscape Plan for Harford
Mall Phase VI for the development of three buildings with a total 69,524 +/-
sf and the associated infrastructure of the existing shopping center into a
Mixed-Use center submitted by Harford Mall Business Trust.
If you are unable to attend, please let the Department of Planning & Community
Development know as soon as possible.
