AGENDA
1. Call to Order
2. 6:00PM Joint Public Hearing with Southbridge Town Council
a) The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments and consider modifying the Southbridge Zoning
Bylaw Sections 8.5: Solar as of Right and 8.6 3attery Energy Storage Systems, as well as adding a temporary
moratorium for data centers. A copy of the proposed changes can be inspected at the Town Manager's
Office during regular Town Hall hours.
3. Following the close of public hearing, the Planning Board will immediately reconvene in GAR Hall, Town Hall
