Permit under Stormwater Management Regulations Article 6 of the Wrentham General
By-Law Chapter 351 for the construction of a second building and expansion of the
existing parking areas and stormwater system.
b. 7:10 Continued Public Hearing: 1048 South St Maj.Mod#2026-02 DDO-New
England, LlClPremium Outlet Partners LP (Applicant/Owner) seeks approval for a
modification of the previously approved special permits and site plan approval and
stormwater permit for the redevelopment of an existing asphalt parking area within the
Wrentham Premium Outlets Outparcel with a 2,115 sq. ft. restaurant and associated site
improvements.
