COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR
1. Requesting immediate consideration of an appropriation of $1,820,100.00 from the
Department of Public Works Sewer & Wastewater Treatment Division's
Undesignated Fund Account (6770-359000) to the Blower Sludge HVAC Capital
Project 3143 Account (45440046-58000-3143) to support HVAC and roof repairs for
the sludge building at the Sewer & Wastewater Treatment plant at 149 Neck Road.
2. Appropriation of $2,000,000.00 from Free Cash (1000-359000) to the Fund Balance
Reserve for Expenditures Account (1000-324000) to reduce the FY27 tax rate.
3. Submitting a Resolution to accept a gift donation of $5,486.00 from Sarah Phillipp
and Critical Products, LLC to the Parks and Recreation Department for the purchase
of new field hockey uniforms.
4. Submitting a Resolution to accept gift donations from various donors in the sum of
$4,755.00 to the Parks and Recreation Department Skatepark Gift Account to be used
towards the renovation of the Skatepark.
5. Submitting a Resolution for the acceptance of a gift donation of $512.50 from Aero
Fastener Co., Inc to The Westfield Police Department to be placed in the Community
Police Gift Account to be used for community relations and outreach.
