EV Charging Station: PIE&G are removing the charging station in the park. They have offered to leave the
meter and pedestal if we take it over. Clerk has been reaching out to vendors, and found out there is an
upcoming grant available to assist, so we should have them leave meter for now. Will revisit when we
have better numbers.

New Business:
Parland Parking: A citizen approached to see about another citizen flagging ROW to prevent parking.
Neither is Township Jurisdiction and citizen will be referred to The Road Commission.
Pavilion Rental Policy: It was brought up that the Halloween event at the Recreation Area is in it’s 15th
year. It is unclear as to who is hosting it, and where liabilities lie. The Chamber assists, but may not be
organizer. It is in the Township’s best interest to require a “reservation” for this use, and to make sure
event coverage is available.
There was an incident where an individual verbally reserved the pavilion, but did not pay until Friday
Night for a Saturday Event. We should change policy to demand a “three day before” policy to reduce
last minute changes to schedules. The pavilion should be opened throughout the summer.
Budget Adjustments: Election postage and programming exceeded what we expected. Motion by
Supervisor Werner, second by Trustee Kent to move $800 to supplies and $750,00 to postage from
Capital Line item.
Roll Call Vote: Trustee White-Y, Trustee Kent-Y, Clerk Green-Y, Supervisor Werner-Y, Treasurer Werner-Y,
Motion carried 5-0
Job Postings: Every board has individuals that have expiring terms at end of year. Will post in paper these
openings to see what interest there is.

Public Comment: Phil LaMore was concerned about warming fires and alleged alcohol use during the
Halloween event at Recreation Area.
Board Statements:
Kent: missed Cahmber meeting
Green: PC have scheduled data centers and cargo containers for November Hearing
Werner: Airport next week
White: missed Ambulance meeting
Werner: Fire department working on budget
Public Comment: Phil LaMore was concerned about warming fires and alleged alcohol use during the
Halloween event at Recreation Area.

Motion by Treasurer Werner, second by Trustee White to adjourn meeting at 6:55 PM. Motion carried.
Next meeting November 12 (Thursday) 6:30PM
