Petition 2026-10-08-04 submitted by H&A Investments LLC, requesting site plan
approval pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to
renovate the existing office at 19900 Farmington Road into a multi-tenant retail building,
located at the northeast corner of Farmington Road and Fargo Street in the northwest
¼ of Section 3.

Petition 2026-10-08-05 submitted by Tahir Khan on behalf of Oasisbuild, LLC,
requesting site plan approval pursuant to Section 3.07 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance,
as amended, to construct a 14-unit multi-family residential condominium at 27480 Five
Mile Road, located on the north side of Five Mile Road between Greenlane Street and
Foch Avenue in the southeast ¼ of Section 13.

PENDING ITEM(S)
3.

Petition 2026-01-07-01 submitted by the Master Plan Steering Committee and the
City Planning Commission, requesting to update the Livonia Vision 21 Master Plan
with the inclusion of Book 5, Housing Sustainability, pursuant to P.A. 33 of 2008, as
amended, the Michigan Planning Enabling Act.

Petition 2026-06-06-01 submitted by the City Planning Commission, pursuant to
the referral by the City Council, to determine whether to amend Sections 2.01, 2.02,
3.03, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.15, 3.16, 3.17, and 6.61 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance,
as amended, to define and regulate Data Centers, including establishing the zoning
districts in which they can locate and any special requirements.

Petition 2026-08-06-02 submitted by the City Planning Commission, pursuant to
the referral by the City Council, to determine whether to add Section 13.16 to establish
the means and reasoning for the creation of moratoria pertaining to specific zoning uses
within the City of Livonia.
