Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm by Chairperson Mitchell Bunno followed by recital of the Pledge of
Allegiance.
Roll Call. Chairperson Mitch Bunno, Vice Chair Robert Cheeney, Clerk Theresa Chenier, Joseph Cilc
Secretary DeJian Dean, not present Mitch Gagnon,
Motion to approve agenda July 6th, 2026, made by Joseph Cilc, second by DeJian Dean. All in favor.

Continued work on the Master Plan with Eric from CUPPAD
a) Reviewed Chapter 5 on Existing Land Use
-discussion on adding all parcel layers on Future Use map
-discussion on split zoning
-discussion on Housing on AG property
b) Reviewed Chapter 6 on Future Land Use
-discussion on site plans and possible benefits
-discussion on strip zoning
-seeing more roads on maps for future and existing land use maps
-could add review of non-conforming lots to goal
c) Reviewed Chapter 8 on goals and objectives
-including fire signs and them being installed in goals
-set a goal to ensure all GIS Mapping is maintained
-addition of grant programs for the FD
-adding language on tiny homes
-update minimum schedule standards
-including a fact finding sheet for rezones
