INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
12.1. Investment Summary (109-110)
12.2. The 2026 LHS Community Homecoming Parade is Friday, September 25. The
parade will start at 1:30 pm from the intersection of Columbia Av and Greenwood St
(by Greenwood Trails). It will continue east on Greenwood through the roundabout,
then south on Pennington Ave to Evergreen St. The public is invited to watch the
parade anywhere on the route; students in grades k-12 from the Thief River Falls
schools will be along the route as well. Please be mindful of extra pedestrian activity
during this time and prepare your transit accordingly.
