Plan for a 16.82-acre tract of land zoned “PC&R” Planned Commercial
and Residential located east of Chesterfield Parkway West and west of
Chesterfield Center.
The Planning Commission may vote on this item tonight.
B. Chesterfield Village Mall, Lot 3B: An Amended Site Development Section
Plan, Landscape Plan, and Lighting Plan for a 16.82-acre tract of land
zoned “PC&R” Planned Commercial and Residential located east of
Chesterfield Parkway West and west of Chesterfield Center.
The Planning Commission may vote on this item tonight.
C. The Overlook (14001 Olive Blvd.): A Record Plat for a 29.4-acre tract of
land zoned “PUD” Planned Unit Development located on the north side
of Olive Blvd.
The Planning Commission may vote on this item tonight.
D. Spirit of St. Louis Air Park (18600 Edison Ave, Mistwood Aviation): A Site
Development Section Plan, Lighting Plan, and Architectural Elevations for
a 3.972-acre lease lot zoned “M-3” Planned Industrial located between
two (2) separate parcels that are part of the Spirit of St. Louis Air Park,
located north of Edison Ave and south of Old Olive Street Road.
The Planning Commission may vote on this item tonight.
