Zach Osborne, Fire Services Director requesting Council of Commissioners permission to
schedule a presentation on March 11, 2026, regarding the future inclusion of the Montana
Connections area into the Urban Fire District.

Kelly Sullivan, BLDC Executive Director requesting Council of Commissioners permission to
schedule a presentation on March 4, 2026, regarding the BLDC's recently completed 5-year
Strategic Plan.

Mark Neary, Public Works Director requesting Council of Commissioners permission to
schedule a public hearing on March 4, 2026, for the purpose of soliciting comments on the final
Drought Management Plan. A resolution will be submitted after the public hearing.

schedule a bid opening for February 25, 2026, for the 2026 Road Division Mill Fill Project.

Bill Kelly, 403 Walkerville Montana requesting Council of Commissioners approval to purchase
three parcels of land for improved maintenance, utilization and management of the area, which is
directly bordering property that he currently owns. Parcel No. 1904920,1903480,1904910.
8.COMMUNICATION NO. 2026-99
Karen Maloughney, BSB Health Officer requesting Council of Commissioners permission to
schedule a public hearing on March 18, 2026, for the purpose of amending the fiscal year 2026
budget to support the purchase of lab equipment for Family Planning utilizing grant funding
from Bridgercare via The Sample Foundation.
9.COMMUNICATION NO. 2026-102
Robert Farren, Butte MT requesting Council of Commissioners approval to purchase a parcel of
land within the City limits of Butte-Silver Bow which has been taken back by the county on
multiple occasions for back taxes.

Karen Maloughney, BSB Health Officer requesting Council of Commissioners permission to
schedule a public hearing on March 18, 2026, for the purpose of amending the fiscal year 2026
budget to support HIV Prevention services, delivery of HIV Treatment, Outreach and Support
Viral Hepatitis and HIV services.

Butte and several other counties.
Small Business Development Center has begun making workshops available to people who want
to join online.
An open house was held at Tech with the Montana Department of Environmental Quality to
answer questions about the Data Center
Planet Fitness at Cornerstone Plaza had a ribbon cutting on February 25th.
BLDC and the BSB Community Development Department will host World Trade and
Investment Day at MT Tech on May 12th.
