The meeting of the Saline County Board of Commissioners was called to order at 9:38 a.m.
on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, by Chairperson Stephanie A. Krivohlavek. Present were Brian
Pribyl, Phil Hardenburger, Ray Rohrig, Krivohlavek, Russ Karpisek, Commissioners,
County Attorney David Solheim and Deputy County Clerk Jennifer Hermsmeier. Notice of
said meeting was posted in the County Clerk's Office and published in all three county
newspapers on July 1, 2026, in compliance with State Statutes;
Krivohlavek advised we will abide by the Open Meetings Act, which is posted on the wall at the
back of the room. All proceedings are electronically recorded. Please silence your phones;
