4. Application #25-12 – Golden Oak Estates, LLC - Proposing to remove existing
structures in order to subdivide the property into thirteen (13) lots, with twelve (12)
single family homes and one (1) basin located at 476 Riva Ave, Block 310, Lots 56, 57.01
& 58 in the RP3 Zone.
5. Application #25-24 – Hillel - Proposing to subdivide the property into two (2) lots and
construct one (1) single family dwelling on each parcel located at 10 Tracy Drive, Block
87, Lot 10.05 in the R2 Zone.
6. Resolution to adopt Ordinance #26-21 - Amending Zoning code to make data centers
prohibited uses in the Commercial, Business and Industrial Zoning Districts.

7. Ordinance #26-21: An ordinance of the Township of East Brunswick, County of
Middlesex County, State of New Jersey, amending chapter 228, “Zoning”, of the code of
the Township of East Brunswick to amend 228-3, “definitions and word usage”, to add a
definition for “date center” and to amend 228-229.4, “prohibited uses”, to designate data
centers as a prohibited use within all commercial, business, and industrial zoning districts
of the Township of East Brunswick.
