5. Permission to use grant funds
Request permission to utilize ConnectALL Broadband Grant
Funds allocated for ArcGIS Online Credits to reimburse IT for
storage credits purchased in 2026. The ConnectALL
Broadband Grant allows for the purchase of ArcGIS online
credits not exceeding $100K. Requesting permission to
utilize grant funds to reimburse IT for credit purchases in the
amount of $480.00
6. Professional Service Contract ($5,000 or greater):
Authorize Chairman to sign a contract, pursuant to General
Municipal Law §104(b), with the Genesee Valley
Conservancy, PO Box 73, One Main Street, Geneseo NY
14454 for three Farmland Protection Implementation Grants,
including all services and submissions, in an amount not to
exceed $5.000.00; effective April 1, 2026 through December
31, 2026. (MUNIS CONTRACT #3695)
7. Adoption of Private Road Naming Policy
Sets forth a policy and procedure to provide private road
names and addresses to properties with shared right of ways in
accordance with the Wyoming County Address Policy. The
Policy calls for the procedure to be started by the property
owners, road names and addresses approved by the Wyoming
County Address Committee and requires Town approval by
resolution.
