• Proposed zoning amendment to parcel number 04-014-00-00-004-000 (lot west of 1215
Howe Road) – The property is owned by Kat Real Estate LLC and is currently zoned R2. The applicant, Gregory Hards, is proposing to rezone the property to I-C.
Discussion
• Data Center Update – Draft language from Regional Planning Commission
• Comprehensive Land Use Plan – On hold until January 2027 when prepaid hours with
Regional Planning are replenished as per Motion #2026-266 from the Township
Trustees.
• Discuss amending Section 600.10 J. to require a clear exist strategy in public spaces and
unimpeded access for first responders in accordance with Senate Bill 264 (Megan’s Way
Out) as requested by the Township Trustees (Motion #2026-267).
