NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COAL COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
Monday', July' 27th, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.
As required by Section 3'l l, Title 25, of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the
Coal County Board of Commissioners will hold a regular board meeting on Monday, July 27th
2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Coal County Administration Building, located at
I N. Main Street. in Coalgate, OK

5. Approval of minutes from previous meeting
6. Approval ofpayroll for July 16-3 I
7. Approval of transfers of appropriations
8. Approval of transfers of funds

10. Discuss and take possible action regarding non-compliant purchase orders

temporary emergency moratorium on data centers, commercial solar, wind energy
facilities and electrochemical battery energy storage systems
18. Discuss and take possible action to approve Resolution #2026-65, to accept a donation
for the Woodman Cemetery
19. Discuss and take possible action to approve Resolution #2026-66, to accept a donation
for the Woodman Cemetery
20.Discuss and take possible action to approve Resolution #2026-67, REAP grant
application for District 3

22. Discuss and take action of approval of SODA's Administration Contract for Grant
19835 CDBG-CR 25 in the amount of $300,000.00 of which $22,222.00 is
Adrninistration fees to be paid out of the grant
23.Discuss and take possible action on Chairman signing all Release of Funds documents
for 19835 CDBG-CR 25 which will include the Anit-Displacement Plan,
Environmental Review, Leverage Match, Debarment Review for SODA and Request
to Release of Funds
24.Yiew software demonstration from VestaNex representatives
25.New Business: Any matter not known about prior to the posting of the agenda
