As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Notice is hereby given that the Board of County
Commissioners of Noble County, Oklahoma will hold a Regular meeting:

AGENDA FOR THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NOBLE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of County
Commissioners of Noble County, Oklahoma, will hold a Regular meeting on November 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., the place
and address of the meeting will be in the Noble County Commissioners Office, 2nd Floor, Noble County Courthouse,
Perry, Oklahoma.

Call the meeting to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Moment of Silence.
4. Pledge of Allegiance.
5. Consideration, discussion and possible Board action on the minutes of the previous meeting.
6. Announcements and Reports from County Commissioners about work in their Districts.
7. Public comments from Steve Frieling regarding roads and data centers (Speaker is granted 5 minutes).
8. Consideration, discussion and possible Board action on Resolutions directing the Deposits of Monies.
9. Consideration, discussion, and possible Board action on a borrow pit agreement by and between Clint and
Randee Sloan and Noble County on behalf of District #3.
10. Consideration, discussion and possible Board action on NODA REAP Reimbursement form for REAP
Grant NO25-4 on behalf of District #3.
11. Consideration, discussion and possible Board action on application for Permit for Public Service/Pipeline
crossing for Legacy Energy Services for a temporary water line starting in part of Section 26, Township
22N, Range 1W to part of Section 15, Township 22, Range 1W.
12. Consideration, discussion and possible Board action on application for Permit for Public Service/Pipeline
crossing for Koda Operating, temporary water line, starting in the NW4 of Section 4, Township 24N, Range
1W to the NE4 of Section 9, Township 24N, Range 1W.
13. Consideration, discussion and possible Board action on Maintenance and Operations claims.
14. Consideration, discussion and possible Board action on Blanket Purchase Orders.
15. New Business [As per 1991 O.S. 25§311A. 9 – “New Business,’ as used herein, shall mean any matter not
known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting.”]
