Motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of April 21, 2026
OLD BUSINESS
•
CU 26-01-01 – An application has been filed by Ken Interval for conditional use
approval to allow solar panels to be attached to an accessory-use structure on the
property located at 1614 Pegher Lane in the R-1 Zoning District.
•
Review proposed zoning ordinance amendment, Ordinance No. 697-2026, which
would amend the zoning map to create an overlay zoning district and would
amend the text of the zoning ordinance to add regulations for Data Centers.
NEW BUSINESS
•
Review proposed zoning ordinance amendment which would amend the
accessory use regulations to exempt solar panels installed on residential accessory
structures from requiring conditional use approval.
