Approval for Emergency Medical Services Office to be allocated $143,157.59 from
County funding for FY21-22 and EMS grant amendment increase to $139,953.01

Approval to transfer $1,624,227.00 from the assigned balance in the General Fund
(per the GASB54 memo provided to the Controller) as follows: $1,419,877.00 to
the 2021 operating budget of the Information Technology (IT) Department and
$204,350.00 to the 2021 Employee Benefits budget. Funding in the IT Department
Budget will be applied as follows: $335,000.00 for Wages and Salaries,
$120,000.00 for consulting fees, $682,577.00 for licensing, and $282,300.00 for
other services. The additional funds are necessary to provide for system security
and operating improvements, County-wide training, digitization of archived records,
financial system maintenance, data management, web development, infrastructure
architecture/engineering, project support and other costs. Subject to Solicitor's

Approval to Increase the operating budget of the Intercommunity Health
Department by $4,870,800.00 to provide for the start-up costs of the Delaware
County Health Department. Funding will be applied to salaries, materials and
supplies, information technology, and other costs beginning August 4, 2021 and
extending through December 31, 2021. These costs are allowable and allocable to
the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) under US Treasury guidance. Subject to

Approval to Modify the County's 2021 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to
allocate an additional $3,958,937.00 from the balance in Loan 68 to support the
following anticipated needs: Delaware County Health Department ($3,100,000.00)
for design services for main and satellite office locations ($1,000,000.00), Phase II
build-out of the Yeadon Wellness Center ($500,000.00) vehicle purchases for
Environmental Health ($600,000.00) and other uses, and potential real estate
acquisition and related costs ($1,000,000.00); and Information Technology
($858,937.00) for the data center air conditioning replacement, back-up server
space, mobile audio visual unit, uninterrupted power supply units for IT data

Approval to transfer $975,000.00 from the General Fund to the 2021 operating
budget of the County Solicitor's Office to provide for support of ongoing County
legal matters. Subject to Solicitor's approval.

Approval to transfer $500,000.00 from the General Fund balance to the Magisterial
District Justice budget to provide for rent/lease payments and other costs that were
not identified at the time of budget adoption. Subject to Solicitor's approval.

Approval to amend Contract #E-32320 for an increase of $12,720.00 change
orders to the approved contract of Detwiler Roofing, LLC., for the General
Construction of the roof replacement and HVAC at County Building #19 in Fair

Approval to amend Contract #E-32320 for the deduction of $1,507.94 of change
orders from Five Stars, Inc. for the Mechanical Construction of the roof
replacement and HVAC at County Building #19 in Fair Acres. This changes the

perform annual inspection of fire alarm systems, semi annual and two (2) quarterly
