comment on the following: Proposed Ordinance No. 551, an ordinance providing for
miscellaneous amendments to the zoning ordinance, including permitting carports,
accessory dwelling units, and outdoor dining areas, as well as moving their associated
use requirements from conditional use to district regulations.

recognition of VLCAD Deficiency Awareness Day within the Township.

acceptance and dedication of Canterbury Drive, as constructed in the Canterbury
Woods, Phase No. 2, development.
25.III. Request a motion to (adopt, table, or deny) Resolution No. 96-26, which authorizes the
execution of a memorandum of understanding with Local 1058 regarding a retirement
window for eligible employees.
25.IV. Request a motion to (adopt, table, or deny) Resolution No. 97-26, which authorizes the
creation of a window benefit for eligible employees and establishment of the benefits
enrollment period, criteria, procedure, and process for the window benefit.
25.V. Request a motion to (adopt, table, or deny) Resolution No. 98-26, which authorizes the
execution of a memorandum of understanding with Local 1058 regarding a retirement
window for eligible employees.

execution of an agreement between the Township and Julie Heufelder regarding
assumption of ownership and responsibility for the Police Department Canine, subject to

improvements to public streets and sidewalks/curbs located at The Pointe, including

25.XIII. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) the publication of a legal notice advertising
that at the August 18, 2026, regular meeting the Board of Supervisors will consider and
take public comment regarding a proposed amendment to Chapter 6, Conduct, Part 3,
Discharge of Firearms, of the Township Code of Ordinances, prohibiting the discharge of
firearms within the Township except under certain circumstances.
25.XIV. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) the publication of a legal notice advertising
that the Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing during the regular meeting
scheduled for September 15, 2026, to take public comment regarding a proposed
amendment to Chapter 17, Official Map, and will consider for enactment the proposed
amendment during the regular meeting or at a scheduled regular meeting thereafter.
25.XV. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) Bond Reduction No. 12, a request to
reduce the performance bond for Highland Ridge Townhomes project from $2,448,095.74
to $2,079,629.01, which is 110% of the total costs for remaining improvements, as
recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.
25.XVI. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) Bond Reduction No. 1, a request to
reduce the performance bond for Imperial Crossing Development project from
$1,885,056.44 to $732,890.94, which is 110% of the total costs for remaining
improvements, as recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.
25.XVII. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) Bond Reduction No. 3, a request to
reduce the performance bond for Canterbury Woods-Phase 2 project from $93,995.25 to
$11,481.25 which is 110% of the total costs for remaining improvements, as
recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.
25.XVIII. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) Bond Reduction No.2, a request to reduce
improvements, as recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.
25.XVII. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) Bond Reduction No. 3, a request to
reduce the performance bond for Canterbury Woods-Phase 2 project from $93,995.25 to
$11,481.25 which is 110% of the total costs for remaining improvements, as
recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.
25.XVIII. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) Bond Reduction No.2, a request to reduce
the performance bond for Comcast XsDC Data Center project from $65,175.00 to
$48,400.00 which is 110% of the total costs for remaining improvements, as

25.XIX. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) Bond Reduction No.3, a request to
release the performance bond for Fayette Farms Phase 8 project from $1,182.50 to
$0.00 as recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.
25.XX. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) Bond Reduction No.9, a request to
release the performance bond for Fayette Farms Phase 7 project from $1,897.50 to
$0.00 as recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.
25.XXI. Request a motion to (adopt, table, or deny) Resolution No. 104-26, which approves the
payment of Partial Payment No. 4 for the North Branch Sewer Interceptor Upgrade
project as recommended for approval by the Township Engineer.
25.XXII. Request a motion to (adopt, table, or deny) Resolution No. 105-26, which awards the
contract for the 2026 Roadside Improvements – Guiderail Project.
25.XXIII. Request a motion to (adopt, table, or deny) Resolution No. 106-26, which authorizes the
submission of the sewage facilities planning module to the DEP for the Scott Farm Barn
Event Center development.
25.XXIV. Request a motion to (approve, table, or deny) authorizing the Department of Community
Development to begin the update and re-adoption process of the North Fayette Township
Agricultural Security Area (ASA), as required by Act 43 of 1981, with the assistance of
the Township Solicitor and the Township Engineer.
