Call to Order.
2)
Roll call of the Planning Commission Members to establish a quorum.
3)
Consider the approval of the minutes of the March 10, 2026, meeting.
4)
Hear a request from DLS Construction, for approval of the Final Plat for a major subdivision
located on Littlejohn St. and King St. (TM# 099-01-00-104.000) to be known as Littlejohn Place.
5)
Zoning Administrator’s report.

6)
Receive a copy of the revised Zoning Ordinance that includes recent adoptions by City
Council.
Adoptions include:
• Updated regulations regarding the Historic Preservation Overlay District (HPOD)
• Changes to the boundaries of the HPOD
• The addition of an ID-2 Zoning District
• Regulations for Data Center operations.
