located on W. Buford St. from Medium Density Single-Family Residential District (R-12) to Multi-Family
Residential District (RM).

Conduct a public hearing on # 4.

Consider the request on # 4.

Hear a request from Southbound Development Group, Inc. for a re-zoning request for TM# 080-00-00137.002 located at 1363 W. Floyd Baker Blvd. from a Planned Development District (PDD) to General
Commercial District (GC).
