NEW BUSINESS:
• Mark Swanson is requesting the rezoning of parcel #153-00-00-001 from Forest
Agriculture to Service Industrial.
• Ordinance 26-06: An Ordinance imposing restrictions on the location and
development of data centers and emerging technology projects in McCormick
County.
DECISION ITEMS:
1. Planning Commission will make a recommendation to County Council to approve
or deny the rezoning request for parcel #153-00-00-001.
2. Planning Commission will make a recommendation to County Council to approve
or deny Ordinance 26-06.
