TRAVEL NOTICE
Spartanburg County Council

County Council Members Monier Abusaft and Paul Abbott will be traveling to
Loudoun County, Virginia, Sunday, October 4 and returning Tuesday, October 6,
2026. Members will be joined by County staff and others as they learn from
community leaders, utility executives, and industry experts about Loudon County’s
experience with data center development.
The daily schedule is shown below.

 11:00 a.m. -Loudoun County Supervisor & Board Member Discussion
