1. Town email addresses for appointed members?
ii. Membership
1. Pursuing a modification to ACES within town code to increase appointed
members from three to seven, as follows:
a. 1. One (1) Town employee designated by the Town Manager, who shall
serve as Chair;
b. 2. One (1) high school senior selected by the Town Manager or designee;
and
c. 3. Five (5) at-large members appointed by the Town Council.
2. When can we put out a call for more appointed members “seeking
environmental/conservation skillsets”?
3. Can ACES team see the membership for application?
4. Justin transitioning to supporting member. Last meeting as Chair will be
December 3, 2026.

Dark Skies
i. Co-hosting Laura Greenleaf, Thursday September 10th, 5pm onwards, please lock it
down
ii. Begin planning our next event / action item for Dark Skies.
D. Lone Pine Day 2027
i. Saturday, April 17th
ii. Mike Shotton & co. are working on a social media toolkit
iii. Redbud Festival is the same day: consider ways to get folks to both events
