acres of land. The property is located generally northwest of the
intersection of Kings Highway and Bloomsbury Road and is further

requested that the voluntary proffers be applied to Tax Parcel 2149A, which is currently zoned industrial.

• The special exception permit also requests approval to allow
buildings exceeding fifty feet in height. The special exception
permit is contingent upon approval of Application Z-2022-0021.
