The Hearing was called to order at 8:04 a.m.
Land Management Members Present: Mr. Max Weiss, Mr. Chris Lindstrom, Mr.
Robert Sendelbach, Mr. Steve Nelson, Mr. William Bruegger Online-Mr. Joe Bragger
Others Present for All or Parts of the Meeting: Mr. Cale Severson, Mr. Lee Engfer
Ms. Abigail Soderberg, Ms. Jacqueline Schneider, Mr. Ron Jasperson, Mr. Orlyn
Hoksch. Online-, Mr. Jason Heiss

Election of Chair-Mr. Bruegger nominated Mr. Weiss, Mr. Nelson motioned to close
and cast unanimous ballot for Mr. Weiss, Mr. Lindstrom second, carried.
Election of Vice chair—Mr. Bruegger nominated Mr. Lindstrom, Mr. Nelson motioned
to close and cast unanimous ballot for Mr. Lindstrom Mr. Sendelbach second, carried.
Approval of Agenda-Mr. Lindstrom motioned to approve, Mr. Sendelbach second,
carried.
Approval of minutes- Mr. Bruegger motioned to approve minutes, second Mr.
Sendelbach, carried.
Public comments- Mr. Orlyn Hoksch talked about the CCC dam by his house and that
it is in need of repair. The County has an O&M agreement on the dam. The repair costs
were discussed.
Public Hearing
Reading of the notice of public hearing—Ms. Abigail Soderberg read the notice
Hearing was adjourned at 8:27
Ordinance Amendments-Mr. Severson spoke on the amendments being presented
Public testimony-- Mr. Heiss was in favor of the project
Correspondence-A towns acknowledgement form was turned in in favor of the rezone.
Adjournment- Hearing was adjourned at 8:27
Review/Discussion/Action regarding An Ordinance to amend the Buffalo County
Zoning Districts map-Town of Mondovi-- Mr. Bragger motioned to approve the
rezone seconded by Mr. Sendelbach. Carried.
GIS/LIO report—Ms. Schneider spoke on mapping, trout stream easement mapping
and imagery, her attendance in meetings. She spoke on NG911 and the grant acquired
for new ortho imagery. She is taking ESRI training courses.
Surveyor report-no field work done in May, June will be better to get field work done in
Maxville
Director report-Mr. Severson discussed his involvement with the DNR on the manure
spill that affected a large portion of Danuser Creek with a fish kill.
Committee chair report-Mr. Weiss spoke on conversations with Nelson Township on
remonumentation. Mr. Weiss and Mr. Severson attended a town meeting, need to make
plans to come up with a way to get Nelson done and what they can contribute to the
project.

Future agenda items- bid numbers for remonumentation of the town of Nelson, and
data centers
Review/Discussion/Action regarding the Next Meeting Date and Time: The next
meeting date and time will be July 15th at 8am.
