NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that A majority or quorum of the Mount Pleasant Village Board may be present at the
Microsoft Datacenter Community Office Hours. This may constitute a meeting of the Mount Pleasant Village Board
for purposes of discussion and information gathering, although it is not contemplated that any formal action will
be taken at this time. Any matter to be acted upon by the Mount Pleasant Village Board can only take place during
a legislative session provided that the Village of Mt. Pleasant has issued an advance written notice that contains
such subject matter, consistent with Wisconsin Open Meeting Law.
