PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD OF LINCOLN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
2026/2027 BUDGET AMENDMENT
The Commissioners will hold a public hearing on October 6th, 2026, at 1:00 pm for the purpose of
amending the Lincoln County 2026/2027 Budget. The amendment is needed for an interfund transfer
from SLIB Thayne Transfer (Fund 18-29): $224,144.73, Exxon (Fund 51-01): $37,754.64, Unit 1 Terra
Power (Fund 51-06): $556,682.62, the Health Insurance (Fund 60): $120,016.09, and IDAWY Landfill
(Fund 41): $195,385.27 to the Capital Projects (Fund 81) in the amount of $1,133,983.35 in order to
consolidate and fund future Capital projects. The hearing will take place in the Commissioner’s
Boardroom located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY and via video at the Afton EOC Room, 421
Jefferson Street, Afton, WY. All interested persons may appear at said hearing and be heard.
