PUBLIC HEARING: regarding a petition from Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid and Verizon New England,
Inc, to install 1 JO pole on Newport Avenue beginning as a point approximately 50 feet southwest of the centerline of the intersection
of May Street. National Grid to 50 ft class 2 mid-span pole between P1482 and P1483 on Newport Avenue in Attleboro, MA. Pole

JOINT PUBLIC HEARING: regarding the proposed amendments to Section 17-12.0 Flood Plain District of the City of Attleboro’s
Zoning Ordinance to reflect the new Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and new Flood Insurance Study (FIS) as described in the May
5, 2026 Mayor’s Communication (available on City of Attleboro website and Municipal Council Office, City Hall, 77 Park Street,
Attleboro).

PUBLIC HEARING relative to the proposed FY2027 Budget (see display ad).

PUBLIC HEARING relative to the proposed solid waste fee of $387.00. This is a $29.00 increase in the fee from Fiscal Year 2026.

PUBLIC HEARING relative to the proposed water rate of $8.99 per 100 cubic feet. This is a $0.51 increase in the rate from Fiscal
Year 2026.

PUBLIC HEARING relative to the proposed sewer rate of $13.51 per 100 cubic feet. This is a $0.52 increase in the rate from Fiscal

PUBLIC HEARING relative to the proposed amendment to Section 7-8.1a of the Revised Ordinances by adding the following
sentence at the end of the section:

Beginning on July 1, 2027, residents participating in the City’s solid waste removal program shall have the option of replacing a 35-
gallon solid waste cart with 64-gallon cart for an annual surcharge of $270.00 in addition to the solid waste collection fee.

77 Park Street, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; Tuesdays 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; and Fridays 8:00
AM to 12:00 PM. An electronic copy is available on the City's website.
