➢ Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3 to discuss strategy with
respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating
position of the public body for ongoing Conservation violations located at 120 Forbes
Blvd, 130 Forbes Blvd, 505 West Street, 509 West Street, 493 West Street and O’Reilly
Tree Service and the chair so declares.
➢ Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption 4 to discuss the deployment of
or strategy regarding security personnel or devices
➢ Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3 to discuss strategy with
respect to collective bargaining if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on
the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares with the American
